Hm, apparently a lot of people were asking for things such as walkthroughs for Secret Santa so I guess I should post it up now. I'm saying this from the top of my head since I haven't seen the script for some time but... this is a general idea of how to get the friends ending and good ending:
Good Ending:
1) Always go to the music room (and choose to go to the infirmary the first time it's asked to get the first CG)
2) Pick song: Universe
3) There's this one time where you go to the music room and he's already there so you have to choose: Stay outside and listen
4) And then in the end, for the gift giving time, if you did all of the above, and then pick music box... then it should get you the best ending of the game
Friends Ending: Just do everything you do in the good ending except pick CD as your gift
Hint: I believe (can't remember for sure but...) that everytime you choose the right options, the music should change to some non christmasy piano song.
